Digicast’s first visit seen as a worldwide stepping-stone to the arena of sports & entertainment industry for TFHC, Inc.

Digicast and TFHC, Inc. have officially announced a co-development plan for total solution in the distribution of ‘billable live content’ in sports and entertainment. This will be accomplished using the patent-pending methods developed by TFHC and its tranZmeter product offering, with content and delivery methods managed by Digicast.

Robert Fair, CEO of PremiumCHAT, said he welcomes the addition of the Digicast team to its line of distributors. “In concert with our in-house technology staff, the Digicast team will work hand-in-hand with our executive and network staff to provide a valuable addition to the distribution of our patent-pending software and billing solutions.”

TFHC's proprietary and patent-pending billable and tracking engine will enable the sports and entertainment industry to charge for their time spent online with their fans, in a secure environment, while providing a third-party audit trail for all parties.
