What we collect : At TFHC you can become a Business service Provider or Client. When you join as a BSP or Client with the TFHC/PremiumCHAT, we collect your contact and billing information so that we may send you an order confirmation, provide you with information regarding your purchase(s) and for the purpose of affirming the accuracy of your data. Financial information (such as credit card numbers and billing address) is used for payment processing only and is not retained for any other purpose. This information is submitted through secure methods (SSL), is stored under encryption. We do not share this information with any other parties.

TFHC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and TFHC products and services do not target information to children under 13. TFHC is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents to take an active role in your child's online activities and interests.

If you apply for a job at TFHC, you provide your email address, educational and employment background and job interest data. TFHC uses a third-party, BrassRing, to house our employment inquiries. TFHC will not use personal data submitted as part of the job application process for any other purpose.

How we use the information: TFHC uses your information to help us understand your needs and interests and provide you with better services. We use your information to help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate with you, to provide service and support, to update you on services and benefits and to personalize promotional offers.
