Client Registration - Overview
Client’s signup for PremiumCHAT before using the system. Registration is free. They can register by clicking the “New Client? click here” button located on your website within your PremiumCHAT area.
This button will take them to the client registration form. All fields located on this form are required.
The client registration area has two sections:
Basic Information - Enter your email address and a password. Your email address is also your login name. Login names are viewable by the BSP so choose your name carefully. You will use this login name and password when you want to establish a PremiumCHAT session with any BSP.
Billing Information – Provide your default credit card information that will be used during your PremiumCHAT sessions. This information can be changed before each PremiumCHAT session.
Once registered, clients can chat with any BSP.
